A2B Arbitration & BlackList

In all professions unfortunately there always are some companies / persons who are not following a professional attitude in various aspects.    It is of vital importance for all of us to try our best to help each other when such circumstances arise and see that such entities are either brought to track or immediately withdrawn from the market.

Please feel free to contact blacklist@forwarder.com with your possible complaint about the service provided by a certain forwarder.    We will need from you an email explaining briefly the history behind the problem you have with a particular Forwarder (e.g.. bad service, non payment - embezzlement of certain amounts, etc.) and authorization to forward this email to the other party.    We will then forward your complaint to the other party - Forwarder, who will have 7 days to reply to your complaint.    Further procedure can be disclosed upon request.    Feel free to request our intervention in cases you feel your interests are offended intentionally by another forwarder.

If after arbitration we are convinced for your complaint, Forwarder.com will Black-list the particular Forwarder with a brief explanation of the reason why for other Forwarders and customers World-Wide to avoid the particular Forwarder.    You now have the power to protect yourself (and others).    Arbitration Service is free for up to 10 arbitrations per annum for members.

If you want to receive a list of defaulting / Black-Listed Forwarders please feel free to contact blacklist@forwarder.com
