Forwarder.com - Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminal sees cargo soar
The Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals (Hactl) saw year-on-year volumes soar by 30% to 245,350 tonnes in June, pushing throughput for the first half of the year to almost 1.4 million tonnes, up 39% on the first six months of 2009. Exports in the first half totalled 752,830 tonnes, up 46% year-on-year, while the import total of 366,200 tonnes was 35% higher than a year earlier.
